i have a n95 with v 11.0.026 17-4-07 rm159 nokian95 (68.03) if i want to debrand n update to new version is it better to update to latest first before changing product code? or jus change it n do it that way? many thanks in advance

You'll need to change the product code in order for the updater to even recognise the ability to update. If you see what I mean?

its a plum n95 on orange (uk) so what code do i need to use please and does it have to be updated to v12 first before v20 ?? thanks

Look up the N95 product codes on Google. The EURO code is probably the best bet. There's a lot of info on this if you search the forum...

No need for Google, it's all here N95 Tips

And the latest available firmware for the N95-1 is V21, so might as well get it.
