Theme Icons.

i downloaded a theme recently, and i loveee it, however, it's background is a christmas tree.

but i love the colours/especially the icons!

is they anyway to get this theme back into a position where i can edit it? so i can make a theme of my own with a different background, and keep the icons the same? I know it's kind of ripping somebodys work, which i don't agree with, but it wouldn't be for public release, only personal use :)
I'de rather rebuild the whole theme though on my pc, other than just change the wallpaper inside the phone settings.

Unfortunately, you cannot edit any packed (Made into an .sis or .sisx file) applications/themes once they have made

For themes in particular, it would be a process of gaining access to the original project files (Assuming it was made with Carbide) before you could access/edit any part of the theme - These, you would find from the author of the theme, though I very much doubt it will be easily gained ;)

also, whilst on this thread, i was just wondering, does anyone know of a good theme creator, which has a good GUI but good customisability, i looked at carbide, and i read c++ and thought it would have a lot of coding involved in it.

all i want it something similar to the free online theme creator, only with more options for customisation and better previews?

if anyone could help me with this, it would be greatlyyy appreciated :D
