nokia tips has section on fixing a loose slider....or if you dont want to fix it and your phone is still in warranty send it back......and just out of curiosity where did you buy the phone..

Just take it back dude, and tell em it's not good enough. They should replace it if it's new.

i don't trust plemix. one time they mixed up my order and sent me a box with 10 different phones :-) their products are from asia because the address was from hongkong. i asked them why the customers have the option to pick the language on their phone and they said they flash it...so i'm thinking they have to open the box to get the phone and i am not about to get an opened box...who knows they might be refurbished, right?

nah, they emailed me the next day to return em. i ordered a bt dongle and that was it.
