Screen seems to Flicker in screen saver mode.
hey guys i have seen this problem in n95-2 the screen seems to flicker in screen saver mode is it normal in n95-2 or should i be alarmed....i am already suspicious about the call dropping and the other party not able to hear me out properly..... |

i am using the normal date and time screen saver which is factory installed.....let me tell you that i have a hunch that this happens when i plug in the charger....my guess is there is some hardware problem....try on your phone and let me know if this happens to you....when you phone is in screen saver mode try plugging in the charger......

mine doesn't do that. it just lights up when i plug in the charger.

my n95-2 flickered since I first turned it on (so nothing to do with apps) & it still does with latest firmware while my n95-1 never flickered |

one more thing 2n95s does you phone experience frequent call drops and other party not being able to hear you....

no new application installed....as 2n95s stated it was same before the upgrade and same after the upgrade.....as far as my hardware knowledge goes,which should be good as i am an electronics engg....i think one of the ic's is bad or either one of the relay is not working properly...my guess... |

I only made a few calls, only got it a few days ago but did not experience any call problems aside from the fact that quality seems to be poor compared to all my other phones to date (but still too early to tell), the screen flickers only when watching the blue rectangle with the time on the screensaver so did not think it was anything worth investigating
