Same here, besides, the phone will look rubbish with the battery all exposed through the crystal case (just think of its dignity for pity's sake!).

It's not the back of the cover that's too thick for the 6f battery, it's the hands of the cover that can't get around the battery. From experience I'd say it's not possible.

Don't take me wrong but instead changing battery isn't it better to buy for a few euros portable AAA charger like for example this one from Energizer?

The best solution is a Proporta charger.

Some of the crystal cases are better than others in terms of correct fitting and cracking. the 1st ones O2 sold cracked within a week or so but they then started selling slightly different ones, that were much better. i have one that has lasted nearly a year and is perfect. i haven't tried the really cheapy ones though. But have tried the ones that the carphone warehouse now sell. the top section is slightly too loose though this can be remedied with a couple of thin strips of sellotape at the top and bottom edge.
Can't seem to get those o2 ones anymore, they seemed to be the best ones, i originally got one of those a some someone on another forum i think 3g tested them all.

i bought one of these to help protect my screen (why couldn`t nokia have made the n95 fascia with a lens on it like the 95 8gb?) and it has a casing to clip your phone into, theoretically you could leave the battery cover off and the casing would hold the battery in. best of all it was only £3.
