Officially the BEST way EVER to remove network logos on the back of your N95!!

I finally discovered the best way to remove any network logos on the your phone casing, without damaging or leaving a mark!!! 100%

What you need:
-Nail Polish Remover (Because it contains acetone, which is the ingrediant we need!)
-Cotton Buds
-Tissue

Estimated time: 6mins+

What to do:

Ok this isnt a long proccess, first grab a few cotton buds, and dip the tip of them into the bottle presumably, of your nail polish remover. Then gently start rubbing the network logo with the cotton bud, do this gently and not to hard because there is a chance you can go to deep and leave a tiny scratch mark on your phone (which is something we dont really want). Keep rubbing on the logo and after 20 secs, dip the cotton bud in the bottle again and continue rubbing gently. At first you may think nothing is happening... but within minuites of continuous rubbing, the logo will slowly start to peel off, leaving the background intact to any scratches or marks. Once you see it peeling off, go more slowly until eventually it all just comes off.
Once its all off, grab a damp tissue and just wipe the place where the logo was gently and there you go, no more logo.
Its the acetone that does the trick, as its a very strong ingrediant. Took me forever to find out what does it. I tried the sugar cube trick and all in the past but that left scratch marks.
Please remember not to be so aggressive and be very patient and gentle while rubbing the logo off. I have tried this and it looks perfect without any marks at all.

Good Luck :)

Alex J

wonder if it would work on other phones? For example, my old V6 Razr had the same rubbery plastic stuff on the back cover, with "3" on it, and i wanted to get it off for so long that i just sold the phone.

Can be used on the N95 because the back has no glossy paint.
DON'T use this on phones with glossy paint (acetone can dissolve it and leave a nasty spot)

why didn't i think of this, i use acetone every bloody week! You mite want to to it bit by bit and rinse after each brush of the acetone to avoid a mark. It might help. X
