reformatting n95 8gb

yesterday i upgraded my firmware to version 15 but i have experienced many problems, mainly i think because i have a lot of applications and games installed.
the phone is overall slower, some applications are not running properly or not running at all and it takes ages for my phone to turn back on. The help function is not working it tell me memory full even thought nuthing else is running and whenever i try to open the act.keys application, the phone restarts

so i want to reformat it without losing the activation key for spiderman3 movie and also the installed applications that came with it such as the office, adobe, n-gage and maps

can anyone tell me how?

The applications that comes with the phone will be retain after the upgrade..but those apps that you installed will most likely not run..Before I do update my firmware I usually hard reset my phone(backing up only the contacts and calendar)..then after the update I just re-install all my apps.

how about spiderman activation key?
How can u back up just the contacts and calendar, doesnt it just back up the whole memory?
and wat is hard reset?

You will have to download Spiderman now as you have upgraded the firmware.

you need to backup your phone memory or spiderman will never play again as the key for it is on your phone memory and not on the memory card.
