Help! Sudden Packet Data loss

Hi all, Im new to this community (although ive been a n95 user for around 8months) and I have an N95 branded phone on the '3' network. Just over a month ago I unbranded to v20 and had no problems. However yestoday I upgraded to v21 and now can't use any services from my network. When trying to connect to my network I just get: Packet Data: Connection Not Allowed. Now I have been in contact with '3' and they have said I need to get it reflashed. Does anyone know of anyways of getting around this problem or helping me reflashed back to v20?

Much thanks in advance :)

Try Menu > Tools > Utilities > Sett. Wizzard > Operator , should retireve your settings

EDIT: Don't think you can downgrade the FW
