Thanks for all your advice and telling me of your experiences with phone repairs.I took mine into my local O2 shop today.The lady i spoke to was helpful. They are sending it for repair and i should have it back in around two weeks.That will seem like an eternity!! Thanks again.
I would phone o2, there is a NSC just up the road (10 mins) but they seemed hopeless when I went there so I call o2 each time I break another one and they just door step swap it. :)

O2 called today,said phone was repaired and ready for collection.Went straight from work to pick it up,got it home and it is still the same!!GPS still does not work.They have put O2 V20 firmware on it but not mended GPS.I will take it back again in morning and see if they mend it next time!! They had it for a week so i don't know what they were doing with it!
