using nokia software updater because running firmware 15.0.015. got upto 15% download and it said connection lost. now im stuck at the 15% phone screen is lit up but blank and in the software updater it says dont remove cable or switch phone off cos it could damage the phone. what shall i do????
I have seen your problem in this forum somewhere I think someone said that you can restart the upgrade again and it should resume from where it stopped...do a little search first in the forum just to make sure.

i unplugged the ca bles removed battery, put it back in and switched phone on and luckily it was back to normal. ive done hash0000hash to see which firmware version im running but it says service command unknown.any ideas there????
