hey
i have a problem i cant hard reset my fone because certain button r not working
help
vol up,c,msg,red fone,1 touch,1 and 8 buttons r not working

Read the Tips and FAQ (tabs at top of the page) and you might help yourself quicker.
This is from the Tips:

that what im gonna do hopefully it can be solved because i cracked her open today and had a look for myself and it was very dusty and i didnt notice any water damage however the indicator is white but i dunno if its my eyes but i see a lil bit of purple :(
but the guy at my local one is a miserible sod he hates people that have water damaged phone even if it was a accident !
