Unhappy Unable to Activate Data Transfer Mode

Everytime i try to connect my n95 in Data Transfer Mode. A message popped up as below :
(it works fine in any other modes)

"Unable to Activate Data Transfer Mode. Mass memory is in use by another application."

Here below is a full list of third party applications installed into my phone :

SMobile Shield Version : 6.3.5 (Powered by : Mobile Hotdog)
Mig33 Beta
Gizmo5
Mini Friday
Opera Mini 4.1

I also can not acces any "HELP" files from any apps.
Instead I get an alert pop-up window saying :
"Memory full !"

Info:

RAM = 88.0 M
Phone Memory
Memory in use : 37 MB
Free Memory : 97 MB
Calendar : 34 Kb
Contacts : 118 Kb
Messages : 36 Kb
Documents : 129 Kb
MIDP Apps : 1178 Kb
WHILE THE REST REMAINS NULL ( SOUND FILES, IMAGES, VIDEO CLIPS)

Mass Memory = 6.2 M left

I am pretty suspicious that Opera 4.1 has got something to do with it...
because it is the only application that's asking whether it's allowed to acces (to read & write) data to mass memory.
I already tried to remove it from the phone, yet, the problem still remains..
I can not access the mass memory through Data Transfer Mode and can't open the help file from any apps... :(

can anyone help me??????
Please....

Thats because you have all sorts of programs running on your drive...just switch your phone off and wait 5 seconds and back on again ...you will have no error connecting in data transfer mode.

Make sure to change your settings to:
Messaging -> Options -> Settings -> Other -> Memory in use -> Phone memory not mass memory
before connecting via data transfer mode.

I had this problem. All my apps was closed but realised I had themes installed in mass memory .. which was locking it. Uninstall the theme and reinstall to phone memory.

Switching to a default theme would be easier, but saying that, when ever i've plugged in any of phones for data transfer/mass storage if i had a theme on the memory card applied it would kick into one of the default themes upon accessing DT/MS.
