no sound at my end while calling, n95 8gb

hey everyone

ive got a problem with my newly bought n95 8gb. i made some calls on the day i bought it. now when i make a call, i cant hear anything. no rings, nothing. the other person can hear me but i cant hear anything.

i even re-installed the firmware but still no sound. also the keypad tones are gone , i cant hear anything. although the loudspeaker works.

so whats your view on this. what can i do to make sound work on the n95 8gb.

take it either back to the store you got it from as it's under 30 days old and get a replacement or go to your local Nokia Service point and they will be able to repair it on site (usually within an hour) for free as it's a warranty repair
