My phones Broken

Hi

Please can you help.. My phone worked fine until yesterday when my friend asked me to put his Nokia N95 8gig phone's sim on the same network into my phone as he cracked his screen..

Then when he put my sim back in i just get a white screen with the blue nokia writing..

I tried the hard reset but still nothing.. It just freezes on the white screen with blue nokia writing.

Tried removing sim etc but nothing is making a difference..

Please please help..

1. Is your phone branded? Sometimes mobile operators brand and "Lock" your phone to one SIM. When you try a different SIM it screws up your phone. My sister's friend in France experienced this as well.

2. Any chance it's hardware damage?

When you say hard reset, what exactly did you try, what method?
