Voice Navigation Stops Working When Bluetooth is connected in car

Voice Navigation Stops Working When Bluetooth Is Connected In Car?

As soon as i turn it off the voice's start working strange eh?

It took me two returned phone to get the gps working, and now this. Has anyone got any fixes for it please.
