You have restarted the device, yes?

Just wondering what is considered the best way of restarting the phone? Mine's played up at times and I just use the power off button then press it to power it up again. Is it a good idea to remove the battery as well or do this instead at all?
I know my provider says to remove battery, then sim then reinsert battery without the sim and start the phone?
Also wondered about using the *#7073#? command?

I have to remove the battery to restart it when it does this.
Even after a fresh reboot it does it.

Hmmm... I've not heard of this problem. I'm not sure what you would do. Can the Web program be downloaded from somewhere, anyone know? If so, you can try to reinstall the app. Otherwise, I think you'd need to take it back.
Marty- *#7370# (not 7073) will preform a hard reset. You will lose everything. If the power button will shut it down and you can restart fine, that's what you want to do. If you have to remove the battery to power down the device, that's also okay. Nothing needs to be done with the SIM card.
