Problem with Image Store

Is anyone else having the same problem with Image Store?

I set up everything ready to transfer images to my pc, and when I start the storing this error message comes up: "error in communicating with phone".

I cannot manually cut and paste the pics either?

Any ideas??

This usually is a problem with bluetooth pairing. Delete the PC from your phones bluetooth menu and delete the phone from you PCs bluetooth menu and set it up again.
