Phone freezes when launching gps

Hey guys,

Every time when I launch the GPS, the phone becomes frozen. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

I have the latest firmware version which I update from the nokia website.
I think it's 12.0 something something.

Try to re-install the firmware or format the phone,i know this is said alot but i can't think of anything else that would fix this problem

If the problem has only recently occured, a hard reset (*#7370#) should solve it

If the problem has persisted since you updated the firmware then yes, I would go with a firmware re-installation
