Nokia N95

Hey guys,

I'm brand new here and am in need of big help.

I've had my N95 for about 3 months now and had pretty much gave up trying with the internet and GPS until I found this forum, so I'm hoping that someone can help restore my faith in Nokia and hand-held technology in general.

Everytime I try to use the Internet the phone has a think about it but then says "no packet data available". I have searched for ages on the internet looking for an solution to this problem but haven't found the answer. Anyone know what this means and how to get my internet online?

Also my GPS has never been able to find my current position and this is majorly annoying as it was a major selling point of the phone for me. Can anyone give me a step-by-step walkthrough of how to get that set-up?

The internet sounds like you need to set up the access point. Your network provider should be able to send the details over the air.

The GPS needs a while to get it's first lock. Preferably outside with a good view of the sky, propped up at 45degrees, not holding it in your hand. Even then it can be 20 or 30 minutes to get the initial lock. After that it should lock much quicker.
