First Post - BIG problem

Good Morning All,

This is my first post so here goes, friday night fiancee's mates came around and i left my phone in the lounge while playing 360. she comes running into the bedroom (she has knocked a glass of wine over the floor, table and my n95) so i did the usual took the battery out dried it out and the screen was still on and working fine, so i put it on the side and thought i had a lucky escape. However, an hour later phone rings and i pick it up to answer and the screen is black, but i can still have a normal conversation. i have tried turning on and off but just get a black screen, the keypad lights up and i get all audio on the phone and i have managed to remember how to navigate some of the aplications without being able to see them but not sure what to do next. I have seen a new lcd display on e-bay for Ģ30 with postage and torx-6. So does everyone think i should have a bash at replacing lcd to solve the problem or could it be something else. Any help would be much appreciated.
