message memory

i keep getting a flashing envelope on my screen, telling me there's not enough memory for a new message, even though i have deleted all message in my phone


any help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like the memory is being hogged by other data

Go to:
Menu -> Options -> Memory Details -> Phone Memory

Here you can view what is hogging the memory, to then take appropriate action of deleting or moving such items to your memory card

thanks, checked that and there is still 104mb of free memory, only 11kb of message memory used... dunno where the problem is. really doing ma head in as i can see messages are comin thru, which causes the flashing envelope and memory info. i turn the phone off and back on, but the message doesn't come

yea, outbox is clear and there is very few in the sent message folder

are you able to receive incoming messages?

if a message is comin in thats when the envelope flashes
