Won't charge!

Okay, my uncle plugged in the wrong charger in my N95 and ofcourse it didn't fit and he decides to use a little more force to get the wrong charger in there!

Now when I try to charge with the right charger it has difficulty getting charge. I can get a charge if I use force and push the charger all the way in and the battery will charge. But if I let go it stops charging. I think he just pushed the battery charging terminal in. Anyone know where I can get a new one?

Can't you try for a warranty repair and if they charge you, send your uncle the bill ?

This is what the Warranty verfication says:

I found the link.
The first verification page didn't have any info after the verification.
When I went through the repair page they had info on shipping it to Nokia.
