my phone doesnt turn on...plz help

hi..
i was trying 2 update my phone software,everything was going smoothly..after it finished installing the update,and the recovery thing started,(at this point my phone was turned off by itself,i thought it was a normal thing 2 happen while updating)
the recovery stopped and asked me 2 disconnect my phone from the charger, and take off the battery,then putting it again and pressing the power for few seconds and then click "try again".
i did all that,and the same problem kept going on....
and the worst thing i cant turn on my phone...and when i connect the charger it doesnt show that its charging...

wat do u think is the problem?and how can i solve it?
any help would be appreciated..

try a hard reset by holding the Green Call Button + 3 + * then start the phone.

I think your phone is bricked :( Have you tried a reflash?

reflash is to reinstall the firmware again. but i dont think thats possible since your phone needs to be switched on.

is there any sound when you press the power button? maybe you could connect your phone using the tvout cable and see if theres any luck?

well i tried to reintall it...since the updater recognized thats it a n95 (eventhough the pc says "unrecognized usb device") and it started installingagain...but the same problem came up...during the recovery time...

i dnt get why this happened... i updated my friends phone few days ago and everything went smoothly.... errrr....

so the firmware update is ok eh? so this recovery, is it the same as restore via nokia pc suite's content copier that you are referring to?

Did you ever solve your problem with your phone, 'cos I have the same problem.

It started a few weeks ago when my phone turned off by it self a few times, I then decided to update the firmware hoping that might help. My phone worked fine for about 1 - 1½ week after the update but yesterday it turned it self off and I can't turn it back on. I've tryed to charge the phone without any luck with 2 different chargers. I've also tryed to do a hard reset with and without the memorycard, both times without luck.
The only thing I can think off is to replace the battery in case it might have collapsed, but I doubt that is the case.

Does anybody have any ideas of what to do???
