After updating my firmware i'm unable too use my Sportstracker.

I can't select a activity, the activity list is blank!!!

Are these activities ones that you manually entered prior to your firmware upgrade?
If so, the upgrade is the reason they are gone. Firmware upgrade will erase all user data of this sort.

no thats not the case, the program comes with the list prefilled, I would reinstall

Did you restore from a backup?

After updating the firmware i restored my data and updated the Sportstracker and now the Activitylist is empty. I have reinstalled it twice.

Use file manager, look for and delete anything to do with ST, than reinstall.

Dont restore from backup. Uninstall it, download a new copy and install that instead

I've seen what BBF is talking about before. Sometimes you'll end up with 2 sets of the files on there and that can mess things up. Uninstall and make sure you delete all files associated with sports tracker then reinstall
