An iPod has a battery in it.

And I guarantee if you buy a second hand iPod it's battery won't last as long as a £4 pack of AA branded batteries.

As I said it's up to you.....

There is plenty of topics on the phone you have for you to be doing with.

Even though the ipod touch is great, i wouldnt do that swap.

Because in my case I use my phone much more then my ipod, if your just looking for a music player id stick with the N95, although the ipod touch does a few things better then the N95, an ipod touch with a n73 just wouldnt live up to my needs
