Next-gen N-gage service
Ok so nokia are going to release the new n-gage service sooner or later and most people have been saying that N95 will most likely be one of the handsets which supports it. HOWEVER, the US N95 has more ram and battery life (perfect for playing games!) and so I'm wondering... will the "classic" N95 play the new n-gage games or will they make it exclusive to the new US N95 with more RAM?
Just a thought!

It's a good question. I see the begining of a lot of confusion with four versions of the N95 due out soon... Time will tell. The story is that the N-Gage and the US N95 will be launched in London tomorrow (Yes, the US N95, in London).

i was waiting for this for a few years, yet still dont think its gonna have much point.
think back to the ngage, it was laid out like a control pad, made for playing games.
perfect really.
now that they are bothering to finally pull their finger out, getting some more titles put together, they have 'normal' phones, which will be absolute S$$T for playing games on.

Tomorrow?! That's exciting yet nerve-wracking! I really want to see how the new n-gage thing pans out, but a gut feeling tells me all is not well, a new US N95 phone comes out, more suited to playing games, that comes with an n-gage preview app - something the classic N95 doesn't have - it just seems that the classic N95 might not make it. Time will tell. *crosses fingers*.
I've got to agree with garyt85, the original n-gage (the phone that brought me into the world of S60) was well designed for gaming, and the N95 is not so good. Even playing java games is awkward with it. My bet is that either they are hoping people will buy the keyboard for it, or that sooner or later they will bring out a bluetooth gamepad for it. Either way, good luck to the 95 trying to do what the N-gage couldn't!

Ahh thanks a lot. That's replaced my fear of incompatibility with something else! XD.. if you look on the new http://www.n-gage.com site, the screenshots for the games show that the graphics are really quite terrible (even system rush evolution!). Graphics don't make games I know, but why has SRE got horrible graphics when the N95 demo looked so promising?!
