Everyone seems to have missed the major let down of the "upgrade", and that is no more MicroSD slot. So 8Gb is all you will get and with websites out there already advertising 32Gb cards it won't be long before the older versions are the better versions.
This is unless Nokia limits the MicroSD card size in a firmware upgrade.

It's only the 8GB version which has no SD card slot, the US version has one, and the extra memory.

No. It's been mentioned before. In this thread infact-

If there was room for a storage card as well, I'll be interested. As there is not, I prefer the ability to swap cards, to load them in a PC etc. Gimmick.

Also, you've mentioned this in another thread already.

Well I dont know realy why? This N95 is real good and now when its coming new N95 8GB with proments. Its nice ( I agree with pseudio that they cud change name like N95i )
Ok this N95 relised in april and new one coming in Ocktober and around 1,5year from showing first time ,they cud give the new battery to old consumers.
But in all hightech companies it coming out better things all time, if u buy a Canon camera with 15mp and next day it coming out one with 30megapixlar with better screem u not be angry.
Like in Formula one they get provments allmost evry day but u not get the best for your car evry day becasuse u buy a Ferrari.

Totally agree... with technological advancements taking place at such a rapid pace, I sort of expected there would be subsequent improvements to the technology when I first bought my N95 but I felt it's still amongst the most complete technology convergence smartphone in the market and I was willing to be one of the first to try it out (actually I couldn't wait....)...and my experience have so far been good.
Though there has been an upgrade in performance (considered 'minor' improvements?) in these latest versions, their functions are essentially the same (still 3.5G, Quadband, WIFI, 5 mega-pixel camera, etc.). Maybe the key improvements are the improvements to battery life and RAM. However, I personally do not have any regrets being one of the early adopters...

It certainly supports HSDPA (3.5G), but whether 7.2Mbps, I think this depends on your location while you're using it...
