I am in Toronto too, I have had my N95 for about a month, I am with Rogers without a navigation plan. My GPS works great, but it's too early to tell what their charges will be like, now that I have the v12 software with agps installed. Time will tell.

v12 is the new software for the n95. among other things, one of the big advantages of it is it has agps. That is assisted GPS.Where when you turn on the GPS ,your phone sends out a signal, and the service provider picks it up, does the calculation, and sends you your location. Giving you a much faster fix. mine uses about 12kb of data per fix. You can get the program by going to Nokia updater on your computer. It is free but make sure you backup all your files first because you will be starting from scratch. I think you can find your current version by typing *#0000# on your phone in standby mode.

Toronto suburbs here. I got an N95-3 last week loving it so far. I got a 1gb data plan for 65/month (the next best one was 500MB for 80/month), the plan is only supposed to be for data cards but i got someone to put it on for me yesterday, should work fine. Oh and 3G/3.5G works great!
Anyone else have the N95-3?
