is very cheap at the moment but removing the main
N95 circuit-board, de-soldering the surface-mounted RAM chip and soldering another in its place, along with modifying any circuitry if required... most certainly
isn't cheap! In any case, it wouldn't be done that way... the entire board would need to be replaced.
Totally impractical I'm afraid... It'll never happen, certainly not for $20! :(
