I see your point kalaminu, the only thing i feel is diffrent here is if moto v3 your ex bougth said it was supposed to have a video camera, and it did, but you couldnt use it due to low memory capasaty.

The n95 -1 dosent do the things it says it should be able to do =S

well maybe there's a hope for us yet - the new firmware looks like it will pack a punch for those of us (including myself) who were originally complaining about our N95-1's

If they cared so much they wouldn't have released the N95-3, the 8GB version maybe an exception however...they just want to make money and profit.

Hmmmm... logic has failed on this one I'm afraid. The N95-3 is a US variant. I for one am VERY happy to see it released. It has US 3G frequencies.

Now if they had released the N95-3 with the same amount of RAM, you might be able to reasonably say that Nokia doesn't care about customers feeling unhappy with their devices. It's unfortunate that the N95-1 was so light on the RAM... I'm still quite bothered by the fact that it made it all the way to production like that- through months of beta testing by members of the mobile community too, but I'm happy that they have listened to our complaints and reacted to them- further developing the device.

Anyway- the point is, you can't seriously be claiming that Nokia doesn't care about customers because they released an updated model with US 3G.
