Agreed... But by entering our name & email & clicking a button, at least we can let Nokia know that some of us won't be so keen and eager to buy Nokia flagship models in future, because we've learned that it's advisable to wait for the 'improved' (i.e. repaired/corrected) version... And that, for many of us, our faith in Nokia to provide a fair deal to its customers, is not what it once was.

Well, I have signed...BUT.....nothing will come of it. This is what happens when you buy top of the line equipment as soon as it comes out. You pay too much and you know that the product will improve. For example, look at all of the games consoles. When released their prices are extortionate, but give it 4-6 months and 100 or even 200 pounds is knocked off the price. Thats the way of the world tbh

Still we can dream that nokia has a conscience....I wouldn't bank on it though hehe

**groans**

I've been trying to make this point here for weeks...

I signed it, not because I feel used, but because there's a very slight possibility it could be benefecial to my personal gain...

Also according to reports the newer battery (with a soon to be released Nokia OEM special cover) will work with the existing N95-1...
