Ive added this into the rules at the end which will be shown each month in the thread.

"The winner of the month will then choose the theme for the following month, contact will be made prior to the month end to possible winners. If no contact is recieved I shall choose a theme, to keep it rolling"

Everyone think that's fair ?

Towards the end if there is a clear winner ill contact them ready to have the thread up for the start of the next month. If the winner does not respond soonish ie in a few days I'll make one to keep it going ?

Any objections guys ?

Well, in the absence of 1st place making the decision, it could be just as easy to request it from 2nd place and so forth..

Doh, why didn't I think of that. A few days before the end of the month I can PM the 1st 2nd and 3rd place people, and then I can have two more on standby if the winner fails to respond.

Just a question..How can we make sure that a submitted photo is a legit one taken with an N95..?

Because I have a program which I can load the image into and it tells me the resolution and pixels and bits of other information.
