First off, is it true?

Secondly, given that its vastly similar to the N95 in specs, how on earth does it get away with that size? Granted, its not a 5mp camera (though a 3.2 isnt that bad), but wifi, GPS, and 3G/HSDPA in a phone like that? Its also got all the usual - secondary camera, a large 2.4 screen, micro SD, bluetooth etc.

All nokias GPS phones are pretty big - N95s, 6110, E90 and the N82.

The N82 was going to be my next phone, but the E66, or whatever name they give it would fit the bill perfectly.

However, Id like to see the battery times on this. Something like that surely cannot hold a large battery.

For me, this seems to be the ultimate phone. Very sleek design, large screen, GPS and a half decent camera (I have to assume its got a flash, as its 3.2mp).

The downsides compared to a N95 would obviously be a multimedia bits - TV out, probably no 3.5 jack, no 3D game capabilities, and a few other things.

Who would drop the N95 for this phone (if its real)? I realise the camera would probably be the biggest stopper for many.

One thing which makes me suspicous, 320 x 320? Hmmm. Course, it could just be someone with photoshop combining an E65 with an E51, and giving it semi real specs.

But all the places Ive looked at seem to think its a genuine leak.

oh no...the buttons make it look like a cheap samsung....

its gonna take a HUGE amount to steer me from my n95. I'm going pay as you go after my contract for as long as it takes til a phone takes my fancy!

only thing that would make me drop my new N95-3 would be a slightly smaller N810 with gps and 3G (doesnt matter to me if its S60 or Maemo) or an Eseries with GPS, 3G and a QWERTY keyboard, the multimedia stuff on the N95 are all bonus, but a large screen is also good.

Then again, lots say the N82 looks girly (for the life of me I cant see why - the colour??) and I think thats 'ok', but not great.

TBH Im just shocked at nokia bringing out a fully functional phone that fits my requirements exactly*, while making it look nice.

This also depends on it having a car kit that charges (like the 6110, the N95 doesnt), however I strongly suspect it will.

If its real, I will be buying it, I have 2 kidneys after all.

And do spleens go for any money these days?



*almost. I want it tough, waterproof too but currently thats unrealistic.

My handbag is MASSIVE and the N82 is tiny, I could have them both. In fact, I reckon I could fit your makeup AND stilettos in it, and still have room for your pretty pink hat!

If it comes with a headphones jack I'd consider it, but almost certain it will be one of those ruddy pop-port things.

I'm really waiting for the N95 replacement to show it's hand before I decide on a replacement. The leaked pics of the N96 a while back were too much of an early prototype I think.
