Ok, you have probably read about my trouble with mobile phones and BT Broadband. Well check this out!! lol

On 12 November '07, i signed a 18 mnth contract with O2, since then I have had 6 phones (3x SE K850i & 3x N95 8GB) I'm now on my 4th N95. O2 sent me it yesterday. What they forgot to tell me was that they resigned me, meaning my contract would start from yesterday, bummer i thought until i had a look at my bill online. They have just credited me £195!! get in!! Im over the moon, apparently it's sommet to do with me resigning. The woman at O2 confirmed that the money is mine and stated by her telling me that is a garauntee, now they can't take it back from me.

I guess that money compensates for your time dealt with hassles. Thats a few months free line rental then!
