Anyone good with faces? Who's this guy look like?

I would class myself pretty good with face recognition, and remembering a face etc, but for the life of me, this time, I cannot think of the guys name who this fella looks like in the photo blow (taken from the tv) He is a Finnish TV presenter, but looks like someone famous in the UK)).

At first the name Rory Bremner popped into my head, thinking this guy looked like him, but after finding an image on Google images, its not him.

Its doing my nut in who this guy looks like. Pretty sure he looks like a UK Comedian/Impressionist, but who?

Anyone help.?

Cheers fella. The image I seen on Google of Rory Bremner was as himself, so maybe its someone he impersonates, I don't know.
