Funny thing when i upgraded my phone couple of weeks ago i asked them if there was anyway of finding this info out without having to ring them and they said no

The service launched April 1st

Its only available for Companion customers (one of our billing systems)

and does'nt work if you have more than 1 number on your account or have ported your number in (aparently the service will work 30 days after a number port but I havnt come across this yet)

I just tried it, and I have ported my number in, and it worked fine.

ok sussed it
if it doesnt work dont send a blank txt,
instead send a txt containing 1 blank space
nothing else, then it works
