AT&T mms issues

I have had an N95-3 for several months now with no problems until now. The phone will send mms, but not receive them unless they are a small file. The ones that I have gotten to go through are like 9kb or so, anything larger than that seems to not go through. When I send them with one phone, it will show the message having gone through, but the N95 won't pick it up, although the 3g symbol will come on briefly, as if it knows that there's a message, but then it does nothing.
Any suggestions, comments would be appreciated, I have pretty much tried everything but call CS and after reading several posts here and on other various other forums, doesn't sound like I would get anywhere.

the first thing I would suggesst is putting your SIM into a different phone and try to recieve an MMS, this will tell you whether it's the phone or your service. As far as CS with ATT and the N95, some of them I've called don't even know what the N95 is.
