Tmobile UK, firmware, pc suite?
Ok, after upgrading the firmware to v14, and trying to use PC suite, it always comes up with either "pc suite is not installed, go to help->reinstall pc suite" or something like "you do not have pc suite software for sms/mms messages, please go to help->reinstall pc suite for sms/mss".
Now these options are not available in help and mention nothing about pc suite.
Pc suite still works (occasionally) with my phone though.
is this a tmobile UK firmware v14 problem?

You are obviously using an old version of PC Suite - download the latest from here Nokia Europe - Nokia suites for your PC - Download software - Get support and software.

I did, version - 7.0.7.0
It appears that it is my phone that now doesn't have PC Suite support on it.
Before upgrading the firmware, it worked fine and would pop up on the phones menu asking for PC Suite. Which it still does.
The PC Suite will work fine for most things, won't back up messages though.
Just to clarify, the "PC Suite is not installed" messages, appear on the PC referrring to it not having the support for it, installed on the phone. It then asks to install this support by going to the help in the phone's menu, to reinstall. but PC suite and reinstall is mentioned no where in the phone's help menu.

No, you must go to the Help tab of PC Suite and run it from there with the phone still connected. I thought it was not available there, which is why I assumed you have an old version of PC Suite.
