Anyway, i don't subscribe data connections with rogers, i'm only relying my internet thru wifi. I want to use my nokia maps that is already on my phone. Do i still have to download nokia maploader?? because I can't use it right now... or do i have to have internet to use my nokia maps?? Please help

You cannot have a
N95-3, because that is the version with separate memory card not the 8GB built-in flash memory. Yes, it does matter exactly what version
N95 you have (your options are
N95-2 or
N95-4), because there are different firmware versions available for them with some differences, although nothing directly reflecting on using the Nokia Maps.
You should have looked before posting in the GPS sub-section of the General area, where this question has been asked and answered several dozens of times.
It is not clear from your post whether you have any map data loaded on your mass memory or you have only the Nokia maps application. If you have only the application, you will need to download to your phone whatever map data you require. To do that you need to download Maploader to your PC (you cannot install it on your phone), connect your phone to the PC (while it is still connected to the Internet) and download and install the map data you require. After you have the map data in your phone's mass memory you no longer require a data connection to use Nokia Maps. To be sure, you should disable A-GPS and leave marked only Integrated GPS from the settings.
