Question Vodafone UK - 24-7 Football

I Have been trying to sign up to this on my n95 but it don't seem to work. I Want the unlimited clips for £5 package so i press buy on the relevant page and it then goes to the page where it says

"Stage 2 of 2: Verifying Your Payment

Please wait while we process your payment.
Your content should be available shortly."

At this point, nothing appears to happen even if i leave it on this page for ages. Its really getting on my nerves now so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes but they were as mush use as Tits on a bull

Didnt have a choice, only network i can get a signal for near my home, i live on an old farm

Hi Chris,

Working for Vodafone there has been a recent problem accessing Live! although I can get on there myself today and the fault is no longer on our notice board, suggesting that, nationally, this has been resolved. If you still have a problem it's most probably i) an individual site in your post code area, or ii) a subscription problem that needs to be handled by customer services. Rather than call 191, if you wanted to get in touch again we do have a team of technical staff who might be able to help by email. If you want to drop over a message just go to the following link, selecting 'email' (leave FIT165 in the body of your email, this will take you through to the relevant department). If you include the following information it'll allow them to make sure everything is set up correctly on the account / check for any mast faults

- make and model of handset
- post code area of where the fault is occuring
- synopsis of the problem / error message (even a URL link to this particular thread)

(I'll be trying 24/7 football on an N95 myself this weekend for the first time, so should be a little more familiar with it over the next couple of days!)

I've been having problems trying to log onto MY VODAFONE, on the website of late, with no joy. I want to check my itemised bill.

Do you know when it'll be available again?
