How do I remove O2 software?
Nebie, so sorry to bother you but just got 95 today on o2, how do I take off all their stuff and make phone work better as I have heard yo can do, sorry if this posted elsewhere, dont know how to use board yet. Thanks in advance

Its called debranding. Use the search to find out lots of info on this.
You probably won't get much of an improvement (if any) over O2's Variant as they don't customise (mess up) it very much at all. Orange are generally the worst, their stuff will slow the phone down and take some bits off altogether.
