As for logging in, yeah, the **** website is still not working properly

I rang 191 in the end and discovered that I had indeed been overcharged on my bill, to the tune of £20. I was told that this would be deducted from my next bill, but I won't hold my breath.....

I'd urge anyone on Vodafone to check their bills carefully

My unbilled calls is showing a massive negative figure, though I can't get into the details.

Didn't stop them sending me a reminder for the payment which they cancelled.

I just been on the phone to them through Phones 4 U
On my contract I have the 120MB MI
But on their system it wasn't registered.
It seems to happen often with MI.
They told me that I will be credited for the MB I used so far.
Let's wait and see.
I would suggest any new Vodafone customers with MI to check if Vodafone has register it.

Toxic, what do you mean by "MI" ?

I've just got my new bill and sure enough, Vodafone have credited me the £20or so that was overcharged on my previous bill, thankfully.

(Mobile Internet, perhaps?)

Im with TOXIC in the fact that Phones4u said unlimited internet access, this is of course true... you can browse, its just that downloads that cost, unfortunately i found this out a bit too late and was whacked with thankfully only a £20 downloads bill, hahve since then bought a download package and havent checked my bills in the last couple of month, however the lats bill on my bank statement looked alright to me.

i still need to get my vodaphone internet account unlocked, haha,

Anton

Yeah, a truer representation would be unlimited data usage I suppose, but easily misunderstood. They don't make things very clear.

As for your Voda bill, keep a close eye on it

Yes its mobile internet on my contract it says: 120 MB MI
Which it means as part of my monthly charges (£45 pm) I can use up to 120 MB of data.
I should only be charged if I exceed the limit.
