If this helps anyone, I got my N95 2 month ago on v11. I tried and NSU update and it crashed halfway through. Thus rendering the phone useless ( wouldn't even turn on ) so I called o2 told them it crashed on me, they sent me a door to door swap with v 12 on it. No problems since.

Is it o2 branded v.12 firmware?
I'm on o2 but i got mine sim free from Mobile Fun,but regarding v.12 i've had not one problem with it.I don't even think i have the keypress bug.

I was asleep today when they came to swap my phone. They're coming back on Wednesday though.

Mine wouldn't update to v12.0.13 NSU said nothing was available for it.

I got asked to do an o2 satisfaction survey and that's something I mentioned.
Well today they came back, I have a brand new shiny n95 with v12.0.13 preloaded. Just spent 30 minutes putting my themes and ringtones on.

The new box came with a free car charger too, didn't have one of them last time, shame I spent £5 on one the other day really.
