HSDPA on T-Mobile UK

I have just upgraded my Web n Walk to Web n Walk plus. Doing speed tests I am still only getting approx 110Kbps.
Do I have to specifically ask them to switch on HSDPA? Do I need a firmware upgrade to get it, I am still on v11?

I had to ring them up and request it. I don't use plus, just regular Web 'n' Walk, and I see a big difference between before when it just said 3G, and since, now it reads 3.5G. The first time I called I was told it was automatically enabled, but the 2nd time I called I was told it had to be enabled for me, would be done within the hour and hey presto, about 40 mins later I could see the difference (and the icon changed to 3.5G). Give them a ring and request they enable it for you :)

I think that the 3.5G icon only came with v12 but HSDPA has always been available on the N95.
