O2 Uk.

You know when you jump into a contract because you really wanted the N95 when it came out, you regret it now ?

I've been looking at cancelling it, I have 9 months left, times that by my £35 a month line rental it soon convinces me cancelling is not an option. Bugger. I can't wait to get out of this contract.

I am on £35 a month, 1000 UK Anytime Texts and 400 Mins. With a treat of an extra 60 mins.

Seems a lot, but for my usage, constantly going over my text's and voice calls it's costing me more £70 ish a month, that's with free insurance too.

( and before you mention, I use heavy texting for quick briefs as I am a chairmen of a football supporters branch. So that explains that useage. )

I'm using 1300/1400 texts a month and being charged for the 300+ im over, then charged VAT, then added to my final bill and that bloody VAT again.

I might move to Switzerland.

Aye, I so realise that now. My other half is on PAYG, Her benefits are amazing compared to mine.

I was just not prepared to buy a N95 for £500 at the time. Wish I had saved and done it now, Bah.

£250 is really good. £450 hurts a little.

I do love this phone, I will say this forum has made me love it even more. If I kept it as it was with no apps or games etc, I'd be fed up of it for sure.

I am looking at ways of getting out of my contract now. I don't know the ins and outs but, if I cancel my contract I believe I am expected to pay line rental x how many months left.

Is there any other options, like them taking the phone back ?

As I'd prefer to cancel the contract them take the N95 back. And I buy another for PAYG use.

What do you think ?
