Do what Vinnie suggested, its obviously not going to get better.

Start looking into new contracts with other providers. Keep trying the happy chap though, as he sounds like the only one you can get to do anything.

The guy that told you the bundle takes time to be added to your plan is a joker i added web n walk with t-mobile and it was added in seconds its just a excuse so make sure if you havent allready told them that then do. I would just refuse payment under the grounds that its there ****-up and they have never from day one got there billing correct worst they can do is cut you off but as there after money fromm you just tell them how you feel about the matter and dont make a payment until its either proven you used that much by a summary either faxed or posted to you. I would just cancel like others have suggested if they are trying to rob you blind think how many other poor souls they have robbed and how much they have made in the process.

Finally god the happy dude, Colin, his name is. He PROMISES that he will get it all credited next month, and him AND another CSR have seperateley quoted that all I have to pay is £36.50 (I assume this is line rental and billing, but I'm sure I'm due more than that)

However i wait for next months bill and find out. Its an absolute mess, my bill.

I might wait til I can downgrade my plan and then leave/get a new contract.

Bet you any money I have huge problems next month too. And if anyones having a similar prob and this Colin manages to sort it, I will happily pass on his extension.

F***ing sick of it, honestly

Did you note down the time, date and who you spoke to when they assured you it would only be £36.50 you owed?

Make sure you do. Them claiming you owe xxx later will be cut short when you say 'I was assured by xxxx on the xxxxx at xxxx that I would only have to pay exactly £36.50. You can check your records for this if you like?'

That sounds pretty crap, i been with orange years now and never really had a problem (besides the 30mb internet crap) Hope you sort it out though.
