I have also sent them a short email about a firmware upgrade!
Push some pressure on - they need to pull their weight.

I have still got Planet 3, Skype,MSN and Ebay Mobile free after debranding. In my opinion the only *possible* loss would be the warranty but I did change the product code back just in case (though I have never claimed on the warranty for any of my phones!).

I would recommend any three user who's undecided to take the plunge as you really do get more out of your phone after debranding and updating to V20

ahh theyve changed their access rules then, i remember when i debranded my sony k800i i couldnt connect to msn anymore and also delivery reports stopped working. Alot of the online forums said the three versions of apps were tweaked in some way. msn messenger certainly was as they have their own server access for it. I would be careful that you are not using up your net access when connecting to msn ashes. If you are using a client other than the three one, it connects to the standard servers.

If you're using the three client, then all's good :D

Its the 3 client. I downloaded MSN from the Planet 3 mobile site in the same way as I had to do when I first got my N95.

I must say though that 3's MSN has always been a bit temporamental with its connection (even before debranding) and so I tend to use Fring or eBuddy (or Slick now thanks you your tip off maltloaf ).

I've got unlimited broadband add on so all is good in terms of my net access.

I just got a call from 3 - because I logged a call about their latest firmware V13. Told them that there are alot of bugs in it and people are complaining. So please release a new firmware asap.

They took this on board , and did promise that they will look into this asap.

So lets see!
