Its Disgusting. I Want Out Of This Now!!!!!!!!!
Orange have decide to me about again and I cant cope with it. I'm sick to death of the stress they have put me through. Remember i finally got a call from the Exec Office? Well he half fixed it . I still had to phone and shout.
And now after 7 days (just) they have cut me off.
This is disgusting, I cant even call customer services! I wold have direct debit on my account if they never messed up every month. In fairness the bill is correct for the 1st time since I began the contract in July, but 7 days they cut me off, and after all thats happened? I have sent a raving email to the exec office, telling them how i feel and that I want out NOW!
Any other ideas? I warned them I would be going to obudsmen etc if I never got a response.
I just cant deal with it all , I literally want to cry.

Call CAB.
Citizens Advice corporate website - Home
Definatly worth doing now.
And its gone beyond staying with them now IMO. You should be shouting at them that its simply unacceptable, its causing you stress (true), and you simply want to be let out of your contract without penalty.

Fight it......just keep hounding them if there in the wrong dont let them get away with it, there the first ones on the client if they dont pay and send disconnection letters, another server did that to me didnt cut the phone off though i cracked it with the high bills and they told me it be a set fee wach month so i got my n95 and went with vodaphone i complained about the bills, just kept sending complaints via email, they need up cutting my second phone that was on prepaid and my son used it as a emergency. So just keep on them hopefully it all sort out soon for you.

Actually, ring them up, ask for an address to send a letter of complaint to.
Once you get this address, make a letter, and in it put:
A summary of whats happened (I hope you kept the logs of who/what/why you called!)
how its causing you stress and annoyance.
How unreasonable they have been.
Explain that you feel cancelling your contract is the only way forward, as due to all the instances you explained earlier in the letter, its obviously impossible for Orange to sort it out. And you want to be free of this stress.
How you should NOT have to pay the remainder of your contract, due to the actions of Orange.
Explain that if you dont get a satisfactory reply**, you will be contacting OFCOM, and CAB also, as well as looking into persuing compensation for all the stress its causing you.
Send the letter recorded and keep a copy. Make a note of when you sent it.
** Make sure its clear that a satisfactory reply is nothing less than:
Termination of your contract, without having to pay any further monies for any remainder of that contract.
Any money owed by them to you for incorrect data charges.
Whats NOT acceptable is them promising they will sort it out, that promise has been broken too many times.
I hope this helps, its certainly worth doing. I hope you kept the logs of things like I told you, as that really helps in these instances, as you have it in black and white as to how useless they have been and how much effort you put into solving this.

No worries. Just like to point out Im not a legal bod at all. However that letter might do some good.
It could also be an idea to trawl the Orange webby, and find out all the addresses it might be worth sending it too. Basically, send recorded letters to all.
I cant stress enough it should be recorded. That way, they cannot deny having recieved it, because you will be able to track who signed for it and when.

Good place to start, Office of the telecommunications ombudsman:
Office of the Telecommunications Ombudsman - Home
Bad news is that Orange doesn't seem to be part of their "member" companies, so you might want to skip that part and go here:
Phone bill, tariff and contract issues | Ofcom
Office of Communications.
As a last resort,
URL removed
Don't you think that there are enough idiots about without giving the cretins who don't already know about this any further moronic inspirations? FOOL!

Yeah but you want to have proof of posting, signature on delivery, and online confirmation of delivery. Im not sure you get all that with special delivery.
Besides, send it first class recorded and its only 70p extra. Special delivery, its from £4.30 or £9.35, ouch.
