So, is it free to unloack with them? Also, can you tell me what firmware version you are on? As I cant update mine as its says I am on the correct version, even though its not V20....
I wrote to three to ask when they would be on the latest version and they told me they were (here's their response):

N95. We’ve tried to contact you but without success.
I’d like to inform you that the current latest 3 branded version for Nokia
N95 is V20.0.015. We have not received any from Nokia about any new version being released in near future. Also you can check the software version of your handset on the stand by mode by typing *#0000#.
Once we receive any information with regards to this from the manufacturer Nokia, we will inform our customer by updating it on our website
