I don't know if you've had chance to contact Vodafone yet about the NUC for K800i?

If not, and you still want to get your phone unlocked, we can easily get this sorted out for you if you just head over to the Contact Vodafone form and include the code FIT135 in your message. This will route your query through to the Forum Intervention Team who will get your handset unlocked. We'll need your IMEI, as well as any security information requested on the contact form.

Hope this is useful and look forward to hearing from you.

Yes, thank you very much, I called Vodafone yesterday and went through the process on the telephone with the lovely wee lady. I had an email within a couple of hours with the procedure for unlocking the SE K800i.

The fone is now unlocked with no questions asked other than the standard security ones.

for Vodafone

My son has a Samsung G600 that was locked to Vodfone. One e-mail to them and he received the unlock code back by e-mail within 24 hours - superb.

I'll be trying this soon myself, been with Vodafone a long time but have been offered a very cheap deal on O2 through work so want to switch but keep the N95.

Did I see it mentioned elsewhere that there is a problem unlocking phones on firmware v21 ? Or did that only apply to the unlock hacks.

You will not have any problems unlocking your phone with a code from your network operator regardless of firmware version.

Someone did mention about issues with forced unlocking on V 21, but I would not take it seriously.
